Hey what can I say except,Congratulations & Good Luck to the 2006 Graduating Class @D.H.H. Lengel Middle School.It seems that the students showed up with their gas tanks over-filled with High Octane Fuel,cuz they never slowed down even once during the 5 hour celebration.I'm sure these students slept well afterwards and will probably be feeling the vibes for a long time to come.The dancing which was non-stop for the entire evening also included some of the parents that were chaperoning the dance, with dances like the Hang on Sloopy Line Dance,Electric Slide,Macarena,Cotton Eye Joe and the Cha Cha Slide. Music selections also included Hits from the the 60s,Twist,Mony Mony,70s YMCA/Disco,80s-Jessie's Girl,90s Aqua Barbie Girl,I Like to Move it,Boom Boom Boom,and many of the lastest Billboard Top 40 Hits like Lose Control-Missy Elliot,Get Busy,S.O.S.,My Hump,Burn it Up,Hips Don't Lie by Shakira,plus Metal classics Ac/DC Thunderstruck,Crazy Train by Ozzie,etc.
Special thanks to the D.H.H. Lengel Middle School staff,parents and students that put this celebration together. The food was great ,"Thanks Lisa" and the remainder of the cooks. There was also lots of deserts to choose from along with a very nice Luau decor,Thanks Dottie,Lorie[and the remainder of the volunteers].The energy and passion displayed by these students was felt by everyone included myself.
