Thursday Nite 02/23/06,Oh what a Nite it was with another record setting crowd.Since the beginning of the Ladies Choice Dance on 10/20/06 there has been a new record on at least two of every three weeks .Tonite's record appears to have surpassed that elusive 1,000+ attendance. We must complete our survey of all of the receipts to be 100% sure of this.However most of the people here would agree that this was probably the biggest crowd ever during the last 15 years in a Schuylkill County Nite Club during a week day.The doors opened at 9:30pm and with-in 20 minutes the place was 50% full and by 10:45 it appears that the crowd reached 100% capacity.There was a very large Northern Crowd including Shen-Do,Mahanoy City,Asland,Frackville,Giradville,Hazelton,plus the Pottsville Minersville and Blue Mt area which included Cressona,Haven and Orwigsburg,plus Reading is always big here and last but not least there was the New York City crowd which included Brooklyn and the Bronx. Thanks gang for a memorable nite of dancing that Schuylkill County will remember for a long time to come.
The Ladies Choice Dance Party is without question the Premier Thursday Nite Dance of all time in Schuylkill County. Security @Goodfellas is by far the best that I have seen since I started club Djing at Rumors in 1997.The crowds have exceeded our highest expectations are continuing to get larger every week.We are looking for bar tenders and security people at the Electric Warehouse and will opening the VIP Lounge upstairs to accommodate these very large crowds.T
Special thanks to all of you for being so supportive of my Dance Party @Goodfellas Electric Warehouse.The current crowds are now averaging 600+ per week although during this holiday period the crowds have been much higher due to the college students and many people being off from work.
PS:Next week is our Ladies Choice Dance Party
2 weeks from today 03/09/06 is Spring Break w/Beach Party!!!!
There will be 2 feet of sand on the dance floor along with a Volley Ball Net for playing beach type volley ball in the sand.Appropriate attire would be shorts or bathing suits under your coat. Feature contest will be a bikini/dance contest.
PLus a game between the guys and girls!!??
