Thursday Nite 10/20/05 was the Grand Opening of Dj Ray's Ladies Choice Dance Party @Goodfellas Electric Warehouse. It was a fast starting nite with fans pouring in at 9:00pm and coninuing until after 1:00am.Due to the additional tables added and the larger than expected turnout there were semi-crowded conditions.The club's new look featured a large video screen, and a neon and laser light show.Renovations and new attractions will be added during the next 3-6 months.After interviewing many of the fans it became quite apparent that this club was well accepted by everyone and will certainly become Schuylkill County's most happening Dance Nite Club and Rock Palace.Many of the comments were to the effect we finally have an awesome Dance Club that looks like and is a real Nite Club.There was lots dancing including bar dancing by some of the patrons. There were also lots of door prizes and free Hip Hop/Reggae Cds for the 1st 102 ladies to enter the Goodfellas.There were many long time regulars that had not been to my former dance party for the last 6-12 months,but just had to come out to satisfy their curiosity.The Grand Opening also featured some of the area's most talented and attractive bar tenders Melissa,Sueanna,and Ericka.
